Are you an experienced CE driver with a track record in the Netherlands? LusoDutch is looking for professional drivers to join the distribution network of one of the largest and most prestigious supermarket chains in the Benelux.

📋 The Role

This is a high-responsibility position involving the distribution of goods from a central Distribution Center in Raalte to various store locations.

• Daily Routine: Deliveries to approximately 10–12 stores per day.

• Equipment: Modern fleet; goods are transported on roll containers (manual handling/unloading is required).

• Hours: Average of 50–60 hours per week (early starts/long days).

• Work/Life Balance: From Monday to Friday/Saturday, you will sleep in the truck cabin. During the weekend, you will have access to company-provided accommodation.

💰 Compensation & Benefits (D6 Scale)

We offer one of the most competitive salary packages in the Dutch logistics sector:

• Hourly Rate: €20.24 (D6 Scale) for experienced CE drivers.

• Net Weekly Earnings: Between €1,100 and €1,300 (depending on hours worked).

• Payment: Weekly.

• Premiums & Bonuses:

  • Saturdays: 150% | Sundays: 200%

  • Overtime: 130% | Night Hours (21:00 – 05:00): 119%

  • Net Extras: More than 4 hours worked: + €0.83/hour | Between 18:00 and 00:00 (if shift starts before 14:00): + €3.77/hour

  • Travel Allowance: €0.23/km (private car).

🏠 Accommodation & Transport

• Weekend Housing: High-quality company accommodation for weekends (€55.00/week), including Internet and TV at no extra cost.

• Health Insurance: €38.50/week.

• Company Car: Option to receive a company car with a fuel card for commuting (private use allowed at your own expense).

🎯 Requirements

• Valid CE License and CPC (Code 95).

• Experience: Essential to have "Good Experience" driving specifically within the Netherlands.

• Language: Proficiency in English (required for communication and safety).

• Physical Condition: Able to handle roll containers daily.
