José Faria: The Founder Who Knows the Road

Born in March 2002, José Faria is proof that experience isn't just measured in years, but in kilometers traveled and borders crossed. At only 21 years old, he took the wheel of heavy vehicles, turning the truck cabin into his office and Europe into his map.

After traveling through countless countries as an international driver, José identified a critical gap at the heart of European logistics: the need for a human and technical bridge between Portuguese talent and the demanding Dutch economy. On September 24, 2025, he founded LusoDutch with the goal of professionalizing recruitment and ensuring that no driver arrives in the Netherlands without the support and preparation he himself would have wanted.

Beyond being an entrepreneur, José is the voice of a new generation of professionals through his digital presence at @jfaria.pt. As a content creator, he demystifies life on the road and in the Netherlands, sharing the raw and unfiltered reality of someone who lives to drive careers forward.
