LusoDutch is looking for professional CE Drivers to join the elite distribution fleet for the country’s leading supermarket chain. This is a role for drivers who value high-end equipment, stable schedules, and the best pay scale in the sector.

📋 The Role: High-Frequency Retail Supply

In this position, you are the face of the supply chain, ensuring that local communities stay stocked with essential goods.

• The Mission: Supplying multiple supermarket branches from the regional distribution center in Breda.

• The Routine: Store distribution using roll containers. You will utilize the truck's tail-lift for efficient unloading at store docks.

• The Environment: You will operate modern, top-of-the-line vehicles (Volvo, DAF, or Scania) maintained to the highest safety and comfort standards.

• The Schedule: Shift-based work that keeps your routine dynamic and your hours consistent.

💰 Salary & Premium Bonus Structure (D6 Scale)

We recognize the expertise and reliability required for high-volume retail work. This position is paid at the premium D6 level.

• Base Salary (D6): €20.24 gross per hour.

• CAO: Full compliance with the official Dutch transport Collective Labour Agreement.

• Payment: Reliable weekly payments.

Maximize Your Income with the Dutch Bonus System:

• 130% Rate: Applied to all overtime (hours worked beyond 40h/week).

• 150% Rate: Applied to all hours worked on Saturdays.

• 200% Rate: Applied to any work on Sundays or Public Holidays.

🎯 Requirements

• License: Valid CE Driver’s License and CPC (Code 95).

• Physical Condition: You must be in good physical shape to handle roll-container distribution daily.

• Language: Good communication skills in English.
