LusoDutch is seeking professional CE Drivers to join the distribution network of a major Dutch supermarket chain. This role focuses specifically on the transport of fresh produce, requiring a driver who understands the importance of temperature-controlled timing and efficiency.

📋 The Role: The Vital Link in the Fresh Chain

You are the reason customers find fresh fruit and vegetables on the shelves every morning.

• The Mission: Transporting fresh produce from the Barendrecht distribution center to various supermarket branches.

• The Routine: A very manageable 4 to 6 stops per day. This allows for a steady pace without the stress of high-frequency multi-drop routes.

• Equipment: You will handle roll containers, utilizing the truck's tail-lift for efficient unloading.

• The Schedule: Working days are spread across Monday to Sunday on a rostered basis, offering a dynamic weekly routine.

💰 Salary & Premium Bonus Structure (D6 Scale)

We offer the premium D6 salary scale, reflecting the responsibility of handling fresh, time-sensitive goods.

• Base Salary (D6): €20.24 gross per hour.

• CAO: Full compliance with the TLN Collective Labour Agreement.

• Travel Allowance: Paid in accordance with official TLN standards.

• Payment: Reliable weekly payments.

Maximize Your Earnings with the Dutch Bonus System:

• 130% Rate: Applied to all overtime (hours worked beyond 40h/week).

• 150% Rate: Applied to all hours worked on Saturdays.

• 200% Rate: Applied to any work on Sundays or Public Holidays.

• License: Valid CE Driver’s License and CPC (Code 95).
