LusoDutch is seeking expert CE Drivers to join a high-tech retail distribution fleet in Breda. This isn't a standard "one-size-fits-all" trailer job; you will be operating advanced vehicles designed to carry diverse product groups—from frozen goods to fresh produce—all in a single trip.

📋 The Role: Precision & Climate Control

In this position, you manage a "moving warehouse." Your expertise ensures that different product categories stay at their optimal temperatures from the DC to the store shelf.

• The Mission: Supplying retail stores using multi-temperature zone trailers.

• Technical Setup: You will be responsible for managing different climate zones within the truck, ensuring the integrity of both frozen and fresh goods.

• The Routine: Store distribution using roll containers.

• The Integration: Because multi-temp logistics is specialized, your first day will focus heavily on the technical aspects of loading and unloading to ensure you are fully confident with the zoning system.

💰 Salary & Premium Bonus Structure (D6 Scale)

We recognize the extra skill required to manage multi-zone cooling systems. This position is paid at the premium D6 level.

• Base Salary (D6): €20.24 gross per hour.

• CAO: Full compliance with the Dutch transport Collective Labour Agreement.

• Payment: Reliable weekly payments.

Maximize Your Income with the Dutch Bonus System: Your dedication is rewarded with mandatory premiums that significantly boost your net pay:

• 130% Rate: Applied to all overtime (hours worked beyond 40h/week).

• 150% Rate: Applied to all hours worked on Saturdays.

• 200% Rate: Applied to any work on Sundays or Public Holidays.

• License: Valid CE Driver’s License and CPC (Code 95).
