Are you a morning person who enjoys the energy of the hospitality industry? LusoDutch is looking for reliable C and CE Drivers to join a leading logistics operation dedicated to supplying restaurants, bars, and hotels across the Netherlands.

📋 The Role

This position is about more than just driving; it is about being the face of the supply chain for the hospitality sector.

• The Mission: Delivering beer kegs, food, beverages, and non-perishable goods to various hospitality venues.

• Daily Routine: A varying number of stops each day, keeping the job interesting and active.

• Physicality: This role involves manual handling (unloading goods and kegs), making it ideal for those who prefer to stay active throughout the day.

• Schedule: * Early starts between 05:00 and 07:00 AM.

  • Work continues until the end of the afternoon.

  • Available from Monday to Saturday.

💰 Salary & Premium Bonus Structure

We recognize the expertise and reliability required for high-volume retail work. This position is paid at the premium D6 or C6 level.

• C/E DRIVER Base Salary (D6): €20.24 gross per hour.
  C DRIVER Base Salary (C6): €19.01 gross per hour.

• CAO: Full compliance with the official Dutch transport Collective Labour Agreement.

• Payment: Reliable weekly payments.

Maximize Your Income with the Dutch Bonus System:

• 130% Rate: Applied to all overtime (hours worked beyond 40h/week).

• 150% Rate: Applied to all hours worked on Saturdays.

• 200% Rate: Applied to any work on Sundays or Public Holidays.

🎯 Requirements

• Valid C or CE License and CPC (Code 95).

• A professional and customer-friendly attitude (you are the "Hero" of the restaurants!).

• Good physical condition to handle beer kegs and food crates.

• Proficiency in English.
