LusoDutch is looking for an experienced CE Driver to join one of the most respected logistics providers in the Netherlands. This position is based out of a major hub in Nieuwegein and offers a more technical driving profile than standard supermarket delivery.

📋 The Role: A Better Work Balance

Unlike traditional store-only distribution, this role offers a strategic mix of tasks that focuses heavily on transport efficiency:

• 80% DC-to-DC Transfers: The majority of your time will be spent moving goods between large Distribution Centers. This typically means easier maneuvering and streamlined loading/unloading processes.

• 20% Store Deliveries: A small portion of your week will involve direct deliveries to supermarket branches, keeping your routine dynamic.

• Volume: Stable, consistent work with an average of 50 hours per week.

💰 Salary & Premium Bonus Structure (D6 Scale)

We recognize the expertise and reliability required for high-volume retail work. This position is paid at the premium D6 level.

• Base Salary (D6): €20.24 gross per hour.

• CAO: Full compliance with the official Dutch transport Collective Labour Agreement.

• Payment: Reliable weekly payments.

Maximize Your Income with the Dutch Bonus System:

• 130% Rate: Applied to all overtime (hours worked beyond 40h/week).

• 150% Rate: Applied to all hours worked on Saturdays.

• 200% Rate: Applied to any work on Sundays or Public Holidays.

🎯 Requirements (Mandatory)

We are looking for "NL-Ready" professionals who meet the following criteria:

• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of driving experience within the Netherlands is required.

• Language: Good English skills are essential for communication with the DC coordinators and safety protocols.

• License: Valid CE License and CPC (Code 95).

• LusoDutch DNA: High level of autonomy, reliability, and technical driving skill.
