LusoDutch is seeking a versatile and responsible CE Driver to join a major player in the Dutch construction sector. This is a dynamic role where your skills will be tested across different types of heavy machinery, ensuring that no two days are the same.

📋 The Role: Variety & Professionalism

This is a hands-on position that requires a driver who treats their truck like their own.

• The Mission: Loading, transporting, and unloading concrete mortar and other essential raw materials for construction projects.

• The Equipment: You will alternate between driving a Mixer Trailer and a Tipper Trailer. This variety requires a driver who is adaptable and technically proficient.

• Maintenance: At the end of every shift, you are responsible for cleaning the truck and ensuring the equipment remains in top condition.

• The Schedule: Day shifts starting around 06:00 and finishing by 18:00.

💰 Salary & Premium Bonus Structure

We recognize the expertise and reliability required for high-volume retail work. This position is paid at the premium D6 level.

• C/E DRIVER Base Salary (D6): €20.24 gross per hour.
  C DRIVER Base Salary (C6): €19.01 gross per hour.

• CAO: Full compliance with the official Dutch transport Collective Labour Agreement.

• Payment: Reliable weekly payments.

Maximize Your Income with the Dutch Bonus System:

• 130% Rate: Applied to all overtime (hours worked beyond 40h/week).

• 150% Rate: Applied to all hours worked on Saturdays.

• 200% Rate: Applied to any work on Sundays or Public Holidays.

🎯 Requirements (Strict)

• License: Valid CE License and CPC (Code 95).

• Safety: VCA Basic certificate is mandatory.

• Experience: Between 1.5 to 2 years of professional driving experience.

• Language: Very good English skills are required for communication on busy construction sites.

• The DNA: Proactive, clean, and detail-oriented. Note: We strongly encourage women in transport to apply for this role; the team is inclusive and highly professional.
