LusoDutch is currently recruiting robust CE Drivers for one of the most prestigious and widely recognized supermarket chains in the Netherlands. This is a high-impact role for drivers who aren't afraid of long days and active work.

📋 The Role: Active & High-Frequency

This is the "marathon" of retail distribution. You will be responsible for ensuring that thousands of customers find fresh products on the shelves every morning.

• The Mission: Supplying multiple store locations from a central distribution hub in Eindhoven.

• The Routine: Expect productive 10 to 12-hour working days. You will be doing multiple trips, ensuring the flow of goods is constant.

• Hands-on Work: You will handle the loading and unloading of roll containers using the truck's tail lift. This role keeps you moving and requires a professional who values physical activity.

• The Schedule: Working days are between Monday and Sunday, following a 4/5 roster that guarantees 45 to 55 hours per week.

💰 Salary & Premium Bonus Structure (D6 Scale)

We recognize the expertise and reliability required for high-volume retail work. This position is paid at the premium D6 level.

• Base Salary (D6): €20.24 gross per hour.

• CAO: Full compliance with the official Dutch transport Collective Labour Agreement.

• Payment: Reliable weekly payments.

Maximize Your Income with the Dutch Bonus System:

• 130% Rate: Applied to all overtime (hours worked beyond 40h/week).

• 150% Rate: Applied to all hours worked on Saturdays.

• 200% Rate: Applied to any work on Sundays or Public Holidays.

🎯 Requirements

• License: Valid CE Driver’s License and CPC (Code 95).

• Experience: Previous CE experience is required. While experience in the Netherlands is a plus, we are happy to integrate skilled drivers from other countries who show the right "DNA."

• Physical Condition: You must be in good physical shape to handle the loading/unloading of roll containers daily.

• Language: Good communication skills in English.

• Availability: Willingness to work early mornings and weekends as part of the roster.
