LusoDutch is recruiting expert CE Drivers for one of the fastest-growing and most successful retail chains in Europe. This position, based in Amsterdam, is designed for drivers who enjoy modern technology and specialized vehicles.

📋 The Role: High-Tech Distribution

This is a premium distribution role that requires a high level of driving precision due to the specialized equipment used.

• The Fleet: You will be driving a Double-Deck truck with steering rear axles. This setup allows for maximum volume and requires a driver with excellent maneuvering skills.

• The Mission: Transporting roll containers to retail stores throughout the entire Netherlands.

• Loading & Unloading: Loading is handled at the distribution center. At the stores, you are not alone—store staff will assist you with the unloading process, making the physical workload more manageable.

• The Schedule: Early starts at 05:00 AM until the end of the shift.

• Consistency: You will work Monday to Saturday, with Saturday being a mandatory working day, ensuring a consistent 55-hour week.

💰 Salary & Premium Bonus Structure (D6 Scale)

We recognize the expertise and reliability required for high-volume retail work. This position is paid at the premium D6 level.

• Base Salary (D6): €20.24 gross per hour.

• CAO: Full compliance with the official Dutch transport Collective Labour Agreement.

• Payment: Reliable weekly payments.

Maximize Your Income with the Dutch Bonus System:

• 130% Rate: Applied to all overtime (hours worked beyond 40h/week).

• 150% Rate: Applied to all hours worked on Saturdays.

• 200% Rate: Applied to any work on Sundays or Public Holidays.

🎯 Requirements

• License: Valid CE Driver’s License and CPC (Code 95).

• Technical Skill: Comfort or experience driving double-deck trailers or vehicles with steering rear axles is a major plus.

• Reliability: Since Saturdays are mandatory, we need a driver with a "get-it-done" attitude and 100% punctuality.

• Language: Good communication skills in English.
