LusoDutch is currently recruiting professional CE Drivers to join the "Morning Heroes" of the Amsterdam distribution network. This role is essential for ensuring that fresh bread reaches customers across the city and surrounding areas every single day.

📋 The Role: Precision & Freshness

In this position, timing is everything. You are responsible for the critical first link in the daily food supply chain.

• The Mission: Transporting fresh bakery products to a variety of retail customers and distribution points.

• The Routine: The number of delivery addresses varies depending on the specific route, keeping your day dynamic.

• Physicality: This role involves active loading and unloading. You will be handling bread crates and roll containers, making it a great choice for those who enjoy being active.

• The Schedule: * Working days: Monday to Sunday (rostered).

  • Early starts: Between 04:00 and 06:00 AM.

  • Average Shift: Productive 10 to 12-hour days, finishing in the early afternoon.

💰 Salary & Premium Bonus Structure (D6 Scale)

We offer a high-tier salary scale for experienced professionals, following the official Dutch transport standards.

• Base Salary (D6): €20.24 gross per hour.

• Weekly Hours: Consistent 55-hour week, maximizing your income.

• Payment: Reliable weekly payments.

Dutch Premium Bonus System: Boost your earnings significantly with these mandatory additions:

• 130% Rate: Applied to all overtime (hours worked beyond 40h/week).

• 150% Rate: Applied to all hours worked on Saturdays.

• 200% Rate: Applied to any work on Sundays or Public Holidays.

🎯 Requirements

• License: Valid CE Driver’s License and CPC (Code 95).

• Morning Mindset: You must be comfortable with very early starts (4 AM).

• Physical Condition: Good physical fitness is required for handling bakery crates and containers.

• Language: Good communication skills in English.
