LusoDutch is looking for motivated C Drivers to join the distribution network of a market-leading hospitality wholesaler. You will be the person ensuring that hotels, restaurants, and cafés in the Apeldoorn region are fully stocked for a busy summer season.

📋 The Role: Delivering the Summer Experience

In this role, you are more than a driver; you are a vital link to the Dutch leisure industry.

• The Mission: Transporting food, drinks, and hospitality supplies to a variety of professional kitchens and venues.

• The Routine: Loading at the distribution center and delivering to multiple locations daily.

• The Gear: Modern trucks equipped for urban and regional distribution.

• The Schedule: * Working days: Monday to Saturday.

  • Volume: Steady 50-hour work weeks, providing excellent financial stability.

  • Duration: This position is perfect for those looking for a strong project until the end of the summer.

💰 Salary & Premium Bonus Structure (TLN D3)

We reward reliability and efficiency with a top-tier pay structure based on the TLN D3 scale.

• Base Salary (D3): €17.99 gross per hour.

• Payment: Reliable weekly payments.

Maximize your summer earnings with our Bonus System:

• 130% Rate: Applied to all overtime (hours worked beyond the standard 40h/week).

• 150% Rate: Applied to all hours worked on Saturdays.

• 200% Rate: Applied to any work on Sundays or Public Holidays.

The "Summer Hustle" Math: With 50 hours a week and regular Saturday shifts, your net take-home pay will be significantly boosted by these premiums, making this an ideal way to save big before the season ends.

🎯 Requirements

• License: Valid Category C Driver’s License and CPC (Code 95).

• Experience: Minimum of 0.5 years of driving experience (experience with Category B is also considered if you are newly licensed for C).

• Language: Good communication skills in English.

• Attitude: Customer-friendly and professional—you will be representing a major brand to hospitality managers.
