LusoDutch is looking for elite CE Drivers to manage the "Cold Chain" for the most recognized supermarket brand in the Netherlands. This is a high-earning, high-impact role that keeps the heart of the Randstad running.

📋 The Role: Precision under Zero Degrees

In this position, you are responsible for the safe and timely transport of frozen products to major urban hubs.

• The Mission: Driving from the regional distribution center to key cities like Amsterdam and Rotterdam.

• The Routine: Approximately 6 stops per day. This is a manageable pace that allows you to focus on safe driving and efficient unloading.

• The Equipment: Modern Frigo (refrigerated/frozen) trailers.

• The Schedule: Flexible options for both day and night shifts. Whether you are a morning person or a "night owl," we have a spot for you.

💰 Salary & Premium Bonus Structure (D6 Scale)

We value the expertise required to navigate the Randstad with heavy loads. This position is paid at the premium D6 level.

• Base Salary (D6): €20.24 gross per hour.

• Weekly Volume: Steady 55-hour weeks, ensuring a very high net income.

• Payment: Reliable weekly payments.

Dutch Premium Bonus System: Your income grows significantly with these mandatory additions:

• 130% Rate: Applied to all overtime (hours worked beyond 40h/week).

• 150% Rate: Applied to all hours worked on Saturdays.

• 200% Rate: Applied to any work on Sundays or Public Holidays.

• Night Shift Premium: Shifts between 21:00 and 05:00 receive an additional 119% (standard CAO).

🎯 Requirements

• License: Valid CE Driver’s License and CPC (Code 95).

• Experience: Previous CE experience is required. Experience with refrigerated/frozen transport is a plus.

• Language: Good communication skills in English.
