LusoDutch is searching for dedicated CE Drivers who thrive after the sun goes down. This is a high-volume role for one of the most respected retailers in the Benelux, offering stability and a top-tier salary for those who keep the country running while it sleeps.

📋 The Role: The Northern "Night Owl" Route

This position is perfect for drivers who enjoy the open road with minimal traffic and a structured routine.

• The Mission: Supplying multiple store locations from the Apeldoorn hub, mainly heading towards the Northern parts of the Netherlands.

• The Routine: Usually 2 trips per day, with only 2–3 stops per trip. This allows for more driving time and less constant loading/unloading compared to city routes.

• The Schedule: * Working days: Monday to Sunday (rostered).

  • Shift Length: Productive 9 to 12-hour working days.

  • Preference: We are specifically looking for drivers who prefer Night Shifts (starting late evening/early morning).

💰 Salary & Premium Bonus Structure (D6 Scale)

Because we are looking for high-performers for a 60-hour week, we offer the premium D6 scale and full night premiums.

• Base Salary (D6): €20.24 gross per hour.

• Weekly Volume: A consistent 60-hour week, placing you in the highest bracket for take-home pay.

• Payment: Reliable weekly payments.

Dutch "Night Owl" Bonus System:

• Night Shift Premium: Hours worked between 21:00 and 05:00 are paid at 119%.

• 130% Rate: Applied to all overtime (hours worked beyond 40h/week).

• 150% Rate: Applied to all hours worked on Saturdays.

• 200% Rate: Applied to any work on Sundays or Public Holidays.

The Math: A 60-hour week combined with night premiums and weekend bonuses makes this one of the most lucrative CE positions currently available in the Netherlands.

• License: Valid CE Driver’s License and CPC (Code 95).
