LusoDutch is looking for highly adaptable CE Drivers who thrive on variety. In this position, you will not be tied to just one routine; you will be the "Strategic Reserve" for three of the largest retail networks in the Benelux, switching between different distribution styles to keep the country stocked.

📋 The Role: The Ultimate All-Rounder

This position requires a driver who is a "Swiss Army Knife" on the road. You will be responsible for three distinct types of operations:

1. Large-Scale Discount Distribution: Focused on pallet transport with high efficiency and only 2–3 stops per trip.

2. Premium Chain Logistics: High-frequency delivery using roll containers, involving 10–13 stops per shift.

3. Convenience Store Supply: Specialized delivery to local neighborhood hubs using roll containers.

• The Commitment: You must be willing and able to perform all three types of work.

• The Schedule: Flexibility is key. You will be obligated to work both Day and Night shifts as part of the rotation.

• The Commute: Ideally suited for those living within a 30km radius of the base (options available for those relocating to the Leeuwarden/Apeldoorn corridor).

💰 Salary & Premium Bonus Structure (D6 Scale)

Because this role requires extra versatility and shift flexibility, it is paid at the premium D6 level.

• Base Salary (D6): €20.24 gross per hour.

• Weekly Volume: A stable 45-hour week.

• Payment: Reliable weekly payments.

Dutch Premium Bonus System:

• Night Shift Premium: Hours worked between 21:00 and 05:00 are paid at 119%.

• 130% Rate: Applied to all overtime (hours worked beyond 40h/week).

• 150% Rate: Applied to all hours worked on Saturdays.

• 200% Rate: Applied to any work on Sundays or Public Holidays.

🎯 Requirements

• License: Valid CE Driver’s License and CPC (Code 95).

• Versatility: You must be physically and mentally prepared to switch between pallet and roll-container work daily.

• Flexibility: Absolute availability for both day and night shifts is mandatory.

• Language: Good communication skills in English.
