LusoDutch is searching for professional CE Drivers to join a premium "Cold Chain" operation. This is a role for drivers who appreciate a consistent routine, modern equipment, and a high-earning salary structure.

📋 The Role: Precision in the Cold Chain

As a Frozen Goods Specialist, you are responsible for maintaining the integrity of the food supply chain while navigating efficiently across the Netherlands.

• The Mission: Transporting frozen products from the distribution center to approximately 8 to 10 store locations per shift.

• The Routine: This is a hands-on role involving the loading and unloading of frozen goods (roll containers).

• The Schedule: * Working days: Monday to Saturday.

  • Start times: Flexible window between 04:00 and 11:00 AM.

  • Shift Length: Productive 10 to 12-hour shifts, allowing you to hit your 50-hour target comfortably.

💰 Salary & Premium Bonus Structure (D6 Scale)

We offer the top-tier D6 scale for this position, reflecting the specialized nature of frozen transport.

• Base Salary (D6): €20.24 gross per hour.

• Weekly Volume: Steady 50-hour weeks, ensuring strong financial stability.

• Payment: Reliable weekly payments.

Dutch Premium Bonus System: Maximize your take-home pay with these mandatory CAO premiums:

• 130% Rate: Applied to all overtime (hours worked beyond 40h/week).

• 150% Rate: Applied to all hours worked on Saturdays.

• 200% Rate: Applied to any work on Sundays or Public Holidays.

• License: Valid CE Driver’s License and CPC (Code 95).

• Physical Condition: Good physical fitness is required for handling frozen roll containers.
