LusoDutch is searching for professional C Drivers to handle the "Final Mile" for air freight logistics. If you prefer the structure of a standard business-hours schedule and the excitement of a dynamic, ever-changing route, this is the perfect career move for you.

📋 The Role: Speed, Variety & Precision

In the world of air freight, no two days are the same. You will be responsible for moving time-sensitive palletized cargo across the Netherlands.

• The Mission: Transporting air freight on pallets to a wide range of clients.

• The Variety: With no fixed routes, you’ll explore different parts of the country every day.

• The Routine: Approximately 10 to 25 stops per day. This is an active, fast-paced role that keeps your day moving quickly.

• Equipment: You won't be doing the heavy lifting alone—all trucks are equipped with an Electric Pallet Truck (EPT) to make loading and unloading efficient and manageable.

💰 Salary & Premium Bonus Structure (C6 Scale)

We recognize the expertise and reliability required for high-volume retail work. This position is paid at the premium C6 level.

• Base Salary (C6): €19.01 gross per hour.

• CAO: Full compliance with the official Dutch transport Collective Labour Agreement.

• Payment: Reliable weekly payments.

Maximize Your Income with the Dutch Bonus System:

• 130% Rate: Applied to all overtime (hours worked beyond 40h/week).

• 150% Rate: Applied to all hours worked on Saturdays.

• 200% Rate: Applied to any work on Sundays or Public Holidays.

🎯 Requirements

• License: Valid Category C Driver’s License and CPC (Code 95).

• Skills: Ability to operate an Electric Pallet Truck (EPT).

• Language: Good communication skills in English.
