LusoDutch is searching for professional CE Drivers to handle high-priority air freight. This isn't a repetitive "shuttle" run; it’s a vital role for drivers who enjoy variety, appreciate top-tier equipment, and value a healthy work-life balance.

📋 The Role: Dynamic Air Freight Logistics

In the world of air freight, timing and precision are everything. You are the final, crucial link in an international supply chain.

• The Mission: Transporting air freight on pallets to a diverse range of customers throughout the Netherlands.

• The Variety: There are no fixed routes. You will see different cities and navigate new roads every day, keeping the work fresh and engaging.

• The Routine: Expect 10 to 25 stops per day.

• Modern Equipment: You won't be doing the heavy lifting alone—all trucks are equipped with an Electric Pallet Truck (EPT) to make loading and unloading efficient and manageable.

💰 Salary & Premium Bonus Structure (D6 Scale)

We recognize the skill required for CE distribution in busy Dutch hubs. This position is paid at the premium D6 level according to the TLN collective agreement.

• Base Salary (D6): €20.24 gross per hour.

• Travel Allowance: Provided in accordance with the TLN Collective Labour Agreement.

• Payment: Reliable weekly payments.

Maximize Your Income with the Dutch Bonus System:

• 130% Rate: Applied to all overtime (any hours worked beyond the standard 40h/week).

• 150% Rate: Applied to any (occasional/optional) work on Saturdays.

• 200% Rate: Applied to any work on Sundays or Public Holidays.

🎯 Requirements

• License: Valid CE Driver’s License and CPC (Code 95).

• Experience: Minimum of 3 months of driving experience is required.

• Language: Good communication skills in English.
