LusoDutch is recruiting physically robust C Drivers for one of the most prominent hospitality wholesalers in the Benelux. This is more than a driving job; it is a high-performance role that requires stamina, precision, and a professional attitude.

📋 The Role: The "Iron Driver" Challenge

In the Horeca sector, you are the face of the supply chain. You ensure that restaurants, cafés, and hotels are ready to serve their guests.

• The Mission: Delivering food, beverages, and supplies using roll containers.

• The Routine: Navigating to various hospitality businesses, often in vibrant city centers.

• Physical Intensity: This role is very physically demanding. You will be loading and unloading heavy roll containers throughout the day. It is perfect for drivers who prefer to stay active and treat their workday as a professional workout.

• The Schedule: * Working days: Monday to Saturday.

  • Early Starts: Between 04:00 and 06:00 AM.

  • Shift Length: Expect long working days, allowing you to hit high weekly hour targets.

💰 Salary & Premium Bonus Structure (C6 Scale)

We reward your hard work with the official TLN (Transport en Logistiek Nederland) pay structure.

• Base Salary (C6): €19.01 gross per hour.

• Travel Allowance: Reimbursed in accordance with the TLN Collective Labour Agreement.

• Payment: Reliable weekly payments.

Dutch Premium Bonus System:

With a 55-hour work week and regular Saturday shifts, your earning potential is maximized:

• 130% Rate: Applied to all overtime (hours worked beyond 40h/week).

• 150% Rate: Applied to all hours worked on Saturdays.

• 200% Rate: Applied to any work on Sundays or Public Holidays.

🎯 Requirements

• License: Valid Category C Driver’s License and CPC (Code 95).

• Physical Fitness: You must be in excellent physical condition and enjoy hands-on, demanding work.

• Language: Good communication skills in English.
