LusoDutch is looking for experienced CE Drivers to join the primary distribution network for the most recognized supermarket chain in the Netherlands. This is a role for professionals who value stability, modern equipment, and a clear, high-earning salary structure.

📋 The Role: Strategic Retail Supply

In this position, you are the link between the regional distribution center and the local communities. You will be responsible for the "just-in-time" delivery that keeps the nation’s shelves full.

• The Mission: Transporting goods using roll containers to various store locations.

• The Routine: An average workday lasts 10 hours, typically involving multiple trips with a focused number of stops.

• The Schedule: Flexible working hours within a shift system. We are looking for drivers who can adapt to different start times throughout the week.

• The Environment: You will be driving modern, well-maintained Volvo, DAF, or Scania trucks, equipped for efficiency and driver comfort.

💰 Salary & Premium Bonus Structure (D6 Scale)

We offer the premium D6 salary scale, recognizing the experience and precision required for high-volume retail distribution.

• Base Salary (D6): €20.24 gross per hour.

• CAO: Full compliance with the TLN Collective Labour Agreement.

• Travel Allowance: Reimbursed according to official TLN standards.

• Payment: Reliable weekly payments.

Dutch Premium Bonus System: Maximize your earnings by taking advantage of the Dutch roster premiums:

• 130% Rate: Applied to all overtime (hours worked beyond 40h/week).

• 150% Rate: Applied to all hours worked on Saturdays.

• 200% Rate: Applied to any work on Sundays or Public Holidays.

🎯 Requirements

• License: Valid CE Driver’s License and CPC (Code 95).

• Experience: Previous CE driving experience is required for this role.

• Physical Fitness: This is an active role involving the maneuvering of roll containers; you must be in good physical condition.

• Language: Good English skills are mandatory for communication with the DC coordinators and store staff.
